Event Rules & Guest Conduct Policy

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-managed experience for all guests, Lake Breeze Terrace and Lake Breeze Event Center ask all clients, vendors, and attendees to follow the policies below.

These guidelines help us protect the venue, comply with local regulations, and create a smooth event day for everyone.


1. Outside Alcohol Policy

For the safety of our guests and in accordance with venue regulations:

  • Outside alcohol may not be brought onto the property.

  • Alcohol service must follow Lake Breeze Terrace guidelines and any applicable licensing requirements.

Any unauthorized alcohol may be removed at the discretion of venue management.


2. Quiet Time Requirement

Lake Breeze Terrace is located in a lakeside community with established noise regulations.

  • Quiet time begins at 11:30 PM, as required by local town guidelines.

  • Music and amplified sound must be lowered or ended by this time.

  • All events must comply with these regulations to maintain good standing with the community.


3. Outside Vendors Welcome

Clients are welcome to bring in outside vendors, including:

  • Caterers

  • Photographers

  • DJs and entertainment

  • Decorators

  • Coordinators and specialty services

All vendors must operate professionally, follow venue rules, and adhere to scheduled setup and teardown times.


4. Damage Responsibility

Lake Breeze Terrace does not require a standard damage deposit. However:

  • The client is financially responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their guests, or hired vendors.

If damages occur:

  • Payment may be required by the end of the event night, or

  • Within one (1) week, if an estimate or repair invoice is needed.

This includes damage to furniture, structures, décor, restrooms, or any venue property.


5. Cleanup Policy

Lake Breeze Terrace provides venue cleanup services. Clients and guests are responsible only for:

  • Removing personal items

  • Collecting gifts, décor, or event belongings brought in

  • Ensuring nothing is left behind at the end of the night

Venue staff will handle general cleaning and reset of the space.


6. Respectful Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward:

  • Venue staff

  • Other attendees

  • Property and facilities

Lake Breeze Terrace reserves the right to intervene or request removal of any individual engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
