Catering & Food Options

Food and Beverage Services All guests are typically looking for Food and Beverage Services to include at their event.  Lake Breeze does not require in-house purchase of food allowing for outside catering or self-catered food from approved vendors. A referral page with trusted local caterers is available to help with planning.

All caterers and hosts are responsible for providing their own dishware, serving items, and utensils.

Cakes & Desserts

Couples are welcome to select their own baker. We also provide a list of recommended local bakers for wedding cakes and desserts upon request.

Bar Service

Bar service is available with flexible hosting options. Drinks may be purchased by guests with cash or credit card, with tabs closed at the end of the event. Hosts may choose to:

• Host an open bar
• Host a cocktail hour
• Offer a signature drink
• Host beer only
• Create a custom combination

Beverage Dispensers

Self-serve beverage dispensers are available at a flat rate with unlimited refills. Options include:

• Lemonade
• Sweet or unsweetened iced tea
• Coffee
• Hot tea
• Hot chocolate

Soda Service

Sodas are available by the can or by the case. Hosts may purchase cases to be placed in ice troughs for a grab-and-go beverage station.
