Event Tickets

All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.

  • Tickets are reserved for a specific date and event experience.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused tickets, missed attendance, or schedule changes.

  • Tickets may not be transferred or resold unless explicitly stated for that event.

Vendor Booth Refund Policy

Vendor Booth Sales

All vendor booth fees are non-refundable.

Vendor spaces are limited and require advance planning, marketing, and site preparation. By purchasing a booth space, vendors agree to the following:

  • Booth payments secure your assigned space and remove it from availability.

  • No refunds will be issued including cancellations or no-shows.

Weather & Event Changes

Most events take place rain or shine. In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Lake Breeze Event Center reserves the right to modify event operations, schedules, or layouts. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Private Event Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Lake Breeze Terrace, we take great care in reserving your date and preparing our venue and staff for your event. Because event dates are limited and booking commitments require advance planning, the following refund policy applies:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and remove it from availability for other clients.

Final Payments & Event Balance

Payments made toward the total event cost are also subject to the following terms:

  • No refunds will be issued within 30 days of your scheduled event date, including cancellation, postponement, or failure to use the venue.

Cancellations

If an event is canceled more than 30 days in advance, any payments beyond the deposit may be eligible for a partial refund. All incurred expenses, administrative costs, and any services already provided will be deducted from the amount paid before any refund is considered. Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of Lake Breeze Terrace based on scheduling commitments and event preparation costs.

Rentals Items & Tent Rental Refund Policy

Rental Items & Tent Rental Refund Policy

At Lake Breeze Terrace and Lake Breeze Event Center, rental items and tent reservations require advance scheduling, preparation, and often third-party coordination. For that reason, the following refund policy applies:


Rental Items

All payments for rented items are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Décor rentals

  • Furniture rentals

  • Arches and ceremony enhancements

  • Table, chair, or accessory rentals

  • Specialty event add-ons

Once reserved, these items are removed from availability and prepared specifically for your event.

Tent Rentals

All tent rental fees are non-refundable.

Tent rentals involve advance labor, site planning, setup scheduling, and vendor commitments. Therefore:

  • No refunds will be issued for tent rentals under any circumstances, including cancellation, weather conditions, or event changes.


Cancellations

If an event is canceled after rental items or tents have been reserved, all associated rental payments remain non-refundable due to incurred preparation and administrative costs.

Retail Sales Refund Policy

Retail Sales Policy

Lake Breeze Terrace offers select retail items for purchase, including sand ceremony containers, wedding keepsakes, and small gift merchandise. All retail sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any retail items once purchased. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
