The Terrace is a wonderful location to Celebrate the passing of a special family member or friend.

With its beautiful lake view and deck overlook, friends and family can join together to member and send off balloons in memory.

Specifically included in this package:

  • Guest count depends on your seating arrangement but up to 75.
  • Time segment is 4 hours.
  • Access to indoor bar
  • Tables, chairs, setup and cleanup
  • We have to implement a mandatory gratuity for our staff as they always go above and beyond for our customer.  We put it at 10% and it goes directly to the staff working the event (except bar which receive tips from the sales at the bar).

We have chosen to include gratuity for event services provided to you by our staff here at Lake Breeze Terrace. The staff is an excellent team of people who truly enjoy providing you the best experience possible and often event staff services are overlooked as a tippable service.

When you select SUBMIT, this process will continue on to a cart/checkout screen where you can again review the information and either pay it in full or (for larger events only) pay the deposit of 50% . A payment must be made to hold the date. Going forward the balance will be due 30 days prior to the event date. You can request, via the Event Manager, to be placed on a monthly payment schedule with completion 30 days prior to event date. Thank you for considering us to be a part of your special event.
