Vow Renewal: Traditional Vows with Reception

This Vow Renewal and Reception Package includes everything needed for a beautiful lake view celebration.  It is very similar to the Wedding and Reception Package.  This package includes early venue access for any minor decorating, event duration for up to 8 hours, up to 110 people, dining tables, chairs, serving tables & linens, wedding chairs and arch, cash bar, outdoor tent, runner, an amazing outdoor Bose system, setup, and cleanup.  At Lake Breeze all the work is done for you.  As you meet with your Event Coordinator, a plan is established on layout and decorations.  We have designed these packages so that the bride and groom don't have to work hard to have a beautiful wedding day.

Bridal Room?  Yes.  The bride has a lovely bridal room with music, fun lighting and candles to enjoy getting ready for her special moment.   Guests?  The bride and groom can invite up to 110 guests to fill the indoor and outdoor space.  Do you want a rehearsal the night before?  We can set aside time the night before for an outdoor only rehearsal.  Then, either down to resort for a lakeside grill or off to an night out on the town.  What if the weather doesn't cooperate?  We hold the ceremony inside up in front of the beautiful lakeview windows that overlook the wedding deck,  Or, for larger groups, we set up an outdoor party tent custom made for the deck area.

Specifically included in this package:

  • Arch with white flowers, runner, shepherd's hooks with rose balls and beautiful antique heart shaped wood seating overlooking the lake
  • Amazing Bose System – Music:  Choice of 2 songs plus background genre selection
  • We have to implement a mandatory gratuity for our staff as they always go above and beyond for our customer.  We put it at 10% and it goes directly to the staff working the event (except bar which receive tips from the sales at the bar).
  • Setup and cleanup
  • Includes Event Manager to coordinate schedule and planning.

We have chosen to include gratuity for event services provided to you by our staff here at Lake Breeze Terrace. The staff is an excellent team of people who truly enjoy providing you the best experience possible and often event staff services are overlooked as a tippable service.

When you select SUBMIT, this process will continue on to a cart/checkout screen where you can again review the information and either pay it in full or (for larger events only) pay the deposit of 50% . A payment must be made to hold the date. Going forward the balance will be due 30 days prior to the event date. You can request, via the Event Manager, to be placed on a monthly payment schedule with completion 30 days prior to event date. Thank you for considering us to be a part of your special event.
