A bride and groom can easily elope by scheduling a quick hour ceremony and short getaway to Lake Breeze Resort & Terrace.  They arrive dressed and ready for their special moment.  Surrounded by loved ones or standing in the privacy of your own happiness.  The couple stands before an arch overlooking the lake to say “I Do!”  There is nothing more special and fun than a beautiful wedding and heading out for an evening to celebrate.  Want to invite guests?  The bride and groom can invite up to 25 guests with access to a cash bar for drinks with a celebratory toast and light appetizers.  What if the weather doesn't cooperate?  We hold the ceremony inside in front of  the beautiful lakeview windows that overlook the wedding deck.

Specifically included in this package :

  • Short, all-inclusive,1 hour duration and up to 25 guests.
  • Bride, Groom and guest gather in front of arch for the ceremony.  If weather is inclement, the ceremony is moved to in front of large indoor windows overlooking deck and lake.
  • Includes beautiful Lakeview, Deck & Arch, Officiant, Vows, Amateur Photographer, and Background Music.
  • Add-ons include boutique purchase or rental, arch décor upgrade, sand ceremony kits, and more.
  • Light appetizers option.
  • Indoor includes the standard setup of 3 cocktail tables and chairs, white stretch linens, indoor bar area.  Access to indoor cash bar for a celebratory drink or champagne toast.
  • Amazing Bose System – Music:  Choice of 2 songs plus background genre selection
  • Gift bag for the bride and groom and photos are made available on the website with 1 free photo.
  • We have to implement a mandatory gratuity for our staff as they always go above and beyond for our customer.  We put it at 10% and it goes directly to the staff working the event (except bar which receive tips from the sales at the bar).
  • No dining/dining tables.
  • We offer three types of Elopement packages and also more traditional all-day Wedding and Reception packages which allows for more options or guests and/or dining.  See our brochure for details.
  • Payment for this package can be in full or we have options for payment plans.

We have chosen to include gratuity for event services provided to you by our staff here at Lake Breeze Terrace. The staff is an excellent team of people who truly enjoy providing you the best experience possible and often event staff services are overlooked as a tippable service.

When you select SUBMIT, this process will continue on to a cart/checkout screen where you can again review the information and either pay it in full or (for larger events only) pay the deposit of 50% . A payment must be made to hold the date. Going forward the balance will be due 30 days prior to the event date. You can request, via the Event Manager, to be placed on a monthly payment schedule with completion 30 days prior to event date. Thank you for considering us to be a part of your special event.
