Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement is entered into between Lake Breeze Terrace (Event Organizer) and the approved Vendor.

1. Event Details

Event: Peddlers Point 2026 – Shop • Stroll • Sip
Date: October 3, 2026
Location: Lake Breeze Terrace, Camdenton, Missouri
Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

2. Vendor Fees

Vendor agrees to pay:

• $25 Booth Fee
• $25 Gift Certificate Contribution

All vendor fees are non-refundable.

The $25 gift certificate will be used as part of the event’s promotional giveaway program.

3. Setup & Breakdown

• Setup may begin at 7:00 AM.
• All booths must be fully set up by 10:00 AM.
• Vehicles are permitted in the vendor area for unloading until 9:30 AM only.
• All vehicles must then be moved to designated vendor parking areas on the street.
• No vendor parking is allowed within the vendor marketplace area during event hours.
• Vendors must remain set up and operational from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Tear-down may begin after 6:00 PM.

Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval from event organizers.

4. Booth Requirements

• Standard booth size is approximately 10×10.
• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and weights.
• Vendors are responsible for securing tents and equipment safely.
• Vendors must maintain a clean, professional booth space.

Event organizers reserve the right to assign booth placement.

5. Electricity

Electricity is available for an additional $5 fee.

• Limited to one electrical connection per vendor.
• Vendors must bring their own heavy-duty extension cords.
• Electricity must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

6. Weather Policy

This is a rain-or-shine event.

Vendors are responsible for weather preparedness and securing all equipment. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Event organizers reserve the right to modify schedule or layout in the interest of safety.

7. Liability & Insurance

Vendor agrees to assume full responsibility for:

• All merchandise
• Equipment
• Property damage
• Personal injury arising from vendor operations

Lake Breeze Terrace and event organizers shall not be held liable for theft, damage, injury, loss, or claims arising from vendor participation.

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lake Breeze Terrace from any claims related to vendor operations.

8. Conduct

Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner.

Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or violation of this agreement without refund.

9. Giveaway Participation

Vendor agrees to provide a $25 gift certificate for promotional drawings conducted throughout the event.

Vendor understands that winners must be present to claim prizes.

10. Direct Sales & Category Limits

To preserve product diversity and maintain a curated boutique experience, the event may limit duplicate categories, including direct sales or multi-level marketing vendors. Vendor approval is at the sole discretion of event organizers.

11. Agreement

By checking this box, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Peddlers Point Vendor Participation Agreement and understand that I am responsible for my booth, products, and activities during the event. I agree to release and hold harmless Lake Breeze Event Center and Lake Breeze Point LLC from claims or damages related to my participation. I understand this electronic agreement is binding.
