  • Event details must be finalized prior to the scheduled date

We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Payments and Refund Policies

All deposits are non-refundable.

Event Balances

No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled event date, including cancellations or no-shows.

Tickets

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Vendor Booths

Vendor booth fees are non-refundable, including cancellations within 30 days of the event.

Rental Items and Tent Rentals

All rental and tent fees are final sale and non-refundable.

Retail Sales

All retail purchases (including sand ceremony containers and wedding gifts) are final. No returns or exchanges are offered.

Full refund policies may be posted separately and are incorporated into these Terms.

4. Event Changes and Weather

Many events take place rain or shine. Lake Breeze Point reserves the right to adjust:

  • Event schedules

  • Outdoor/indoor layouts

  • Vendor placement

  • Programming due to weather or safety concerns

Refunds are not guaranteed due to weather, force majeure, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Vendor Participation

Vendors participating in markets or events agree to:

  • Follow all event rules and setup timelines

  • Maintain safe, professional booth operations

  • Carry any required licenses or permits

  • Accept responsibility for their products, displays, and sales

Lake Breeze Point is not responsible for vendor revenue, losses, or customer disputes.

6. Parking Policies

Paid trailer or oversized vehicle parking may be available by reservation. All parking fees are non-refundable, including cancellations or no-shows.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in events and use of the property is at your own risk.

Lake Breeze Point is not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Vendor product issues

  • Accidents occurring during events or attendance

Clients and guests assume responsibility for their own belongings and behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Photos

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Event package descriptions
