In sync with the Camdenton Boutique Crawl, this fall event is designed to attract steady daytime shoppers and an afternoon crowd for food, drinks, live saxophone music, and ongoing giveaways.
We are intentionally selecting vendors to create a balanced, high-quality market experience at Lake of the Ozarks.

Vendor Investment
Each vendor space includes:
$25 Booth Fee + $25 Gift Certificate Contribution
Your $25 gift certificate will be included in our all-day promotional giveaway program. Every 30 minutes during the event, we will draw winners for vendor gift certificates to drive continued engagement and traffic throughout the market.
A grand prize drawing will take place during the 4–6 PM live saxophone set under the Big White Tent bar.

Booth Information
- Standard space size: 10×10 (confirm if that’s correct)

Booth placement will be determined by event organizers to ensure proper spacing and category balance.
Vendor Expectations
Peddlers Point is a curated boutique-style market. We are seeking vendors who offer:

- Handmade or artisan goods

- Specialty gifts
- Unique, high-quality merchandise
We may limit duplicate categories to ensure variety.
Vendors are expected to:
- Remain set up and operational from 10 AM – 6 PM
- Participate in the giveaway promotion
- Maintain a clean and professional booth space
- Conduct themselves in a courteous and positive manner
Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event. Vendors are responsible for securing tents and displays appropriately.

How to Apply
Please complete the vendor application form below. Applications will be reviewed and vendors will be notified upon approval.
Vendor space is limited to approximately 40 booths.

Setup & Event Day Guidelines
Setup Time:
Vendors may begin setup as early as 7:00 AM. All booths must be fully set up and ready by 10:00 AM.
Vehicles are permitted in the vendor area for unloading until 9:30 AM only. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking areas on the street.
Important:
No vendor parking is allowed within the vendor marketplace area during event hours.
Booth Requirements
- Standard booth size: 10×10
- Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and display materials
- Tents must be properly secured
- Vendors are required to remain set up and operational from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tear-down may begin after 6:00 PM
Specialty Food Vendor Policy
Peddlers Point is a curated boutique-style market. To maintain event quality and protect on-site food service operations, the following guidelines apply:
- Only pre-packaged, sealed specialty food items may be sold by vendors.
- No on-site cooking, grilling, or hot food preparation is permitted.
- Food products must comply with Missouri cottage food laws or applicable health regulations.
- All items must be professionally packaged and clearly labeled.
Specialty packaged foods may include (but are not limited to):
- Artisan breads
- Baked goods (packaged)
- Macarons
- Honey
- Salsa and sauces
- Jerky
- Dip mixes
- Seasoning blends
- Coffee or specialty dry goods
Sampling
Small samples are permitted provided that:
- Samples are pre-portioned
- Proper food handling practices are followed
- Sampling complies with Missouri health guidelines
Lake Breeze Terrace will provide on-site food service including burgers, hot dogs, and bar service with signature drinks.
Event organizers reserve the right to decline any food vendor that does not align with the curated boutique market experience.
Electricity
Electricity is available for an additional $5 fee.
- Limited to one electrical connection per vendor
- Vendors must bring their own heavy-duty extension cords
- Electricity must be requested in advance
Availability is limited.
Cancellation Policy
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
This event is rain-or-shine. Vendors are responsible for weather preparedness and securing their equipment appropriately.
Vendor Selection & Category Limits
Peddlers Point is a curated boutique market. To maintain product variety and a high-quality shopping experience, we may limit duplicate categories, including direct sales or multi-level marketing (MLM) vendors.
Approval is not guaranteed and will be based on product mix, category balance, and overall event curation.
