Workout-At-The-Lake Package:

The Terrace is a venue located on Lake Breeze Point along the Lake of the Ozarks.  With its easy access to MO-5, Lake Breeze Terrace is a private location and building with a large parking lot and amazing view.  It is the perfect location for your workout class !  Packages are available for short hourly rentals as well as all-day rentals and discounts for consecutive daily classes.

Along with the view, all the rental packages include any setup and cleanup.  Also available are several add-ons such as lemonade/tea/or water service, pastry bar, coffee/tee service, smoothie bar, alcohol and non-alcohol bar and more.  An event coordinator will work with you to assure that all your requirements are in place.  In addition, an outdoor music system as well as other items are available for rent.

Bar Services:

The Bar Services are a free add-on when all drinks are sold as either a Cash Bar, Open Bar or combination of both.   We offer sodas, water, smoothies and more for non-alcohol events.  The Bar Services includes the necessary staff to serve at the bar, the glassware, and if needed the alcohol for the event duration.  Guests are welcome to leave the bar closed and bring their own non-alcoholic drinks if provided to guests free to charge.

Add-ons & Upgrades:

The Terrace offers a variety of rental items such as projectors, music systems, decorative dishware, televisions, linens and more. Ask about individual pricing per add-on.
