Meetings: Seminars and Conference Pricing (One Day)
The Terrace is located on Lake Breeze Point along the Lake of the Ozarks on the neighboring property to Lake Breeze Resort. Not only is The Terrace a perfect spot for parties, but a great private location for conferences and seminars. With its easy access to MO-5, the private location and building, large parking lot, and the amazing view, it is indeed the perfect location for your work event. Packages are available for short hourly rentals such brief local association meetings as well as all-day rentals for meetings and conferences with discounts for consecutive daily rental.
All the rental packages include setup and cleanup. Also available are several add-ons such as lemonade/tea/or water service, pastry bar, coffee/tee service, smoothie bar, alcohol bar and more. An event coordinator will work with you to assure that all your requirements are in place. In addition, projectors, special equipment, easels and other business items are available for rent in our rental item section.
Bar Services:
The Bar Services are a free add-on when all drinks are sold as either a Cash Bar, Open Bar or combination of both. We offer sodas, water, smoothies and more for non-alcohol events. The Bar Services includes the necessary staff to serve at the bar, the glassware, and if needed the alcohol for the event duration. Guests are welcome to leave the bar closed and bring their own non-alcoholic drinks with a signed waiver.

- We have to implement a mandatory gratuity for our staff as they always go above and beyond for our customer. We put it at 10% and it goes directly to the staff working the event (except bar which receive tips from the sales at the bar).
