Vendors can sign up for booths online on each individual event page (see links below). It is simple just fill out the online forms, pick your site, and pay for the site at the same time.
If you just need one of the miscellaneous forms you can either fill them out online and they are emailed to Lake Breeze with a copy back to you OR you can download a copy and hand fill it out and either US mail it in or scan it and email it into to email@example.com.
It is important to note that we do not hold booths. All booths need to be paid for at the time of reservation.
